I worked with Steve when he was building the Allaire Certification program. Steve was adept at translating vision into a well organized operational program. His leaderships skills foster teamwork and motivates to achieve program goals. He has highly effective communication skills with supporting administration skills that always gets the job done no matter the obstacles that confront a team. Working with Steve is enjoyable and fun since he never takes himself seriously but only the work that needs to be done supported with good humor.
